1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form the entire agreement between you and the 8kdb platform with respect to your use of all services made available at 8kdb.club. By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the 8kdb platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to comply with them unconditionally.

These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules, terms, or policies that govern individual game types, promotional offers, or payment methods made available through the platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific rules of a particular game or promotion, the specific rules shall take precedence only with respect to that specific game or promotion, and these Terms shall govern all other matters.

8kdb reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, registered players will be notified via the email address associated with their account. Continued use of the platform following notification of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to 8kdb is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which they use the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 8kdb does not permit access to or use of its services by anyone under the age of 18, under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the platform in a jurisdiction where online gaming and sports betting is not expressly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded, banned, or suspended from the 8kdb platform or any affiliated platform.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee or contractor of 8kdb or any of its game software providers.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your place of residence.

8kdb operates a strict 18+ only policy. To verify compliance with the minimum age requirement, 8kdb may request documentary evidence of your age and identity at any point during your use of the platform, including but not limited to prior to processing a withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation when requested will result in suspension of the account until the verification is completed, or permanent closure of the account if verification cannot be completed within the timeframe specified by 8kdb.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of 8kdb services, including making deposits, placing wagers, and requesting withdrawals, you must complete the registration process and create a verified player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account management:

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 8kdb platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all accounts associated with that individual, along with forfeiture of any outstanding balances or bonuses.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You must not use fictitious, borrowed, or otherwise inaccurate information when creating your account. 8kdb reserves the right to verify any information provided and to suspend or close accounts where information is found to be inaccurate or misleading.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 8kdb Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. Any activity that occurs on your account following a successful 8kdb Login — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 8kdb immediately at [email protected].

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

8kdb applies Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in accordance with anti-money laundering best practices. Players may be required to submit identity verification documents — such as a national identity card, passport, or driving licence — along with proof of address and proof of the payment method used. KYC verification may be triggered at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal above a specified threshold, or at any time at 8kdb's discretion. Players are encouraged to complete KYC verification proactively to avoid delays in withdrawal processing.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 8kdb platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 8kdb supports a range of payment methods designed for the Bangladesh market, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your 8kdb account within 2 minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. 8kdb does not charge a fee for deposits, however your mobile money provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, for which 8kdb accepts no responsibility.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes for mobile money methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 2–3 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that has previously been used to deposit funds to the same account, as part of 8kdb's anti-money laundering controls.

4.3 Prohibited Payment Practices

Players must not use payment methods belonging to or registered in the name of a third party. All deposits and withdrawals must be made using accounts held in the player's own name. Use of fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment credentials will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

8kdb offers a variety of promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL cricket season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated in the promotion details at the time the bonus is offered.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to players who have a fully verified account and meet any additional eligibility criteria stated in the specific promotion terms. Players who hold multiple accounts or who have previously abused promotional offers are ineligible for bonuses.
• Time Limits: All bonuses carry an expiry period. Bonus funds and associated free rounds that have not been used within the specified expiry period will be removed from the account without notice.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses may only be used on specific game categories or titles. Wagering on restricted games may not count towards bonus wagering requirements. Refer to the individual promotion terms for applicable game restrictions.
• Bonus Abuse: 8kdb reserves the right to withhold bonus funds, void winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse is detected. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to, placing low-risk wagers to fulfil wagering requirements, arbitrage betting across multiple platforms, and coordinated multi-account bonus farming.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless specifically stated otherwise in a promotion's individual terms.

6. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

8kdb is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. To preserve the integrity of the platform, the following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using any software, bot, script, algorithm, or automated system to interact with the platform on your behalf, including for the purposes of placing wagers, collecting winnings, or exploiting game mechanics.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in the platform or any game to gain an unfair advantage. Players who discover such issues are obligated to report them to support immediately rather than exploit them.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, match, or betting market.
• Any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider trading with respect to sports betting markets, including cricket BPL, IPL, and international fixtures.
• Conducting any activity on the 8kdb platform that constitutes money laundering or any other financial crime under applicable Bangladeshi or international law.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the platform's software, servers, or infrastructure.
• Impersonating another player, 8kdb staff member, or any other individual on the platform.

Detection of any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and where required, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities. 8kdb's decisions regarding prohibited conduct are final and binding.

7. Intellectual Property

All content available on the 8kdb platform — including but not limited to software, source code, graphics, logos, game assets, text, audio, video, user interface designs, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of 8kdb or its licensed third-party providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming, and NetEnt). All such content is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Your use of the 8kdb platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any platform content without the prior written consent of 8kdb.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 8kdb, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform. This includes, without limitation, any loss of funds resulting from:

• Outcomes of games of chance or sports betting markets, regardless of whether the player believed a wager to be a certain result.
• Technical failures, server interruptions, connectivity issues, or any other event outside 8kdb's direct control that causes a disruption to platform availability.
• Unauthorised access to a player's account resulting from the player's failure to maintain the security of their 8kdb Login credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or any banking institution.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in odds, game mechanics, or promotional communications that are corrected by 8kdb within a reasonable time of discovery.

In any event, 8kdb's aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

8kdb reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC identity verification within the specified timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other financial crime.
• Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 6 of these Terms.
• A player's voluntary self-exclusion request submitted through the responsible gaming tools available via the account settings.
• Inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any funds remaining in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for any other reason (including voluntary self-exclusion or inactivity), any verified balance will be returned to the player via the most recent payment method used, subject to the satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

10. Responsible Gaming

8kdb is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining an environment where gaming remains an enjoyable form of entertainment rather than a source of financial or personal harm. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible to all registered players through the account settings after completing the 8kdb Login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased without a mandatory cooling-off period.

Changes to these Terms come into effect on the date specified in the updated version. Your continued use of the 8kdb platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must discontinue your use of the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 9.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved to the player's satisfaction through direct correspondence with the support team, the matter may be referred to the appropriate escalation process as described in the final resolution notification issued by 8kdb.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the 8kdb platform shall be construed in accordance with the general principles of applicable online gaming and consumer protection frameworks. 8kdb's operational decisions — including decisions relating to account closures, wager settlements, and bonus eligibility — are made at the platform's sole discretion and are final and binding unless a formal complaints process results in a different determination.
